Zero Balancing harmonizes the body's energy with the body's structure through the use of skilled touch.  The focus is balancing the energy of the skeletal system with the body's energy.  It promotes physical, emotional and mental well-being.  It allows for a state of deep relaxation and healing on all levels of the body...physical, emotional, and other deep subconscious systems such as the autonomic systems and energy systems.

Zero Balancing can help relieve body aches and pain, release restrictions in movement, and provide lasting relief from emotional distress and anxiety to improve overall quality of life. Zero Balancing can also be helpful with specific goals such as relief from back pain, improving concentration or sleep, releasing unwanted stress, eliminating old behavior patterns, or boosting well-being. Zero Balancing works in conjunction with medical therapy and is not a substitute for it.

Zero Balancing is practiced internationally by medical doctors, chiropractic doctors, osteopaths, naturopathic physicians, acupuncturists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, registered nurses, practical nurses, massage therapists and many other healthcare professionals.
