Andrea Collins, NCSF Certified Personal Trainer

Zero Balancing Certified Practitioner
"Real Change Requires Us To Transform Ourselves."  Bob Greene

Getting Started

We will set up your initial assessment appointment where we will make an agreement regarding payment and sessions.

I will do an assessment of your current health and fitness, as well as take measurements (optional) to use as success benchmarks!

We will examine all
aspects of your lifestyle: exercise, current and past medical health status, nutrition, stress, daily activity, and your fitness goals.

Using this information, we will decide on number of sessions per week and your commitment outside of our meetings!  I will create a fitness program exclusively tailored to your goals and fitness level and guide you to do workouts or make lifestyle changes on your own.

Focus

We will focus on proper form, exercise selection, nutrition, and boosting your self-confidence and determination to succeed.

We will modify your workouts over time, as you begin to reach a higher level of fitness.

My job is to empower you to continue your healthy behavior on your own and help you be accountable to your fitness plan!
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!

A year from now you will wish you had started TODAY.
Be stronger than your best excuse.
