​I offer one hour training sessions in your home or in a private gym.

You do not need any special equipment, but, if you have exercise equipment, we will probably use it!  

Sessions are priced individually or in packages.  Contact me for a quote!

  • Workout Safely  I watch your form, monitor your vitals and provide feedback on your limits and strengths. I watch what you are doing & make modifications to help push you or slow you down as necessary.

  • You Have a Specific Illness, Injury or Condition  If you have specific issues like arthritis, heart disease, or other injuries, I can work with your doctor and/or therapist and help you exercise safely, avoid any further problems, and possibly improve your overall condition.

  • You're Training for a Sport or Event  If you're training for a marathon, school sport or some other type of event, I can help you figure out what to do to stay strong. We can create a training program and map out a plan.
