What is small group training?
Typically, small group training is a way for clients to have a more "personal" training experience with a lower cost.  My group training sessions are usually 2-6 participants.   This is a specific workout plan covering all aspects of fitness while addressing individual needs and goals.  Some benefits of small group training include:  

*More affordable than individual sessions - you are splitting the cost of the session with the other participants.

*Training quality - More personal attention, supervision, coaching and specific program design than a group fitness class.  I can still correct form and modify exercise based on ability. 

*Motivation - From both from the trainer and your peers!  There is more energy in a group setting and having someone exercising right beside you can push you a little harder than you might do on your own.

*Variety – By working with a knowledgeable fitness professional, your workouts will change/evolve as you progress, preventing hitting a plateau and boredom.

*Greater focus – There’s no time to let your mind wander with tight programming and supervision. 

*Fun – Yes, fun. And music most of the time! You can even bring yours!

*Adherence - Research shows that members that are involved in programs are more likely stick with it. 


 *Results - When you stick with a well constructed program, you will get results!
